It all adds up, when you could just buy Superior and tweak all those different sounds yourself and have your own sound in your mixes, instead of the same sound as everyone else using DFH. Can someone here take the time and explain to me how I would create drum tracks using DFH superior. Is a kit were currently using for our newer material. Is a Noble & Cooley kit found on DFH Custom & Vintage. I know its also on DFH2, but I dont know what the sound is like because I do not have DFH2. It was derived and remastered from the original 1999 Drumkit From Hell sessions that would come to spearhead the drum sample business and start Toontrack’s longstanding position as the unquestioned. Is Tomas Haakes kit (Sonor) its on my DFHS library-which uses the mic bleeding. I heard a few people record tracks with it and I was impressed. Drumkit From Hell EZX was one of the first expansions to be released for EZdrummer and has since become an institution in the metal community. However, EzDrummer is ONE kit pre-produced from Superior. I hear good things about the drum kit from hell superior, which is 500.00 or so. Likely it's the latter you're looking at, since the original DFH was a very long time ago. It is ALSO an EZX expansion available for EzDrummer.

Then came DFH2, which had it's own AWFUL player. wav sounds, and you had to load it into your own sampler. I got both DFH Superior and s2.0 and I am wondering how you guys get those drums to sund like metal drums (like the EZDrummer DFH would sound). Drumkit From Hell was a sample collection.
